Shipping policy

SHIPPING POLICY

Shipping within the U.S. and U.S. territories is via USPS Priority shipping at an additional charge. Your art jewelry orders will arrive carefully packaged in a gift box within a padded envelope.

Currently, I am not shipping internationally except at my discretion upon specific request and barring any restrictions on jewelry materials or customs limitations or VAT requirements.  You, the buyer, are responsible to pay postage and any customs, tariffs, entry or other fees. I will not be responsible for any loss or damage during transit or once received in your customs department.

SHIPPING TIME

Ready-to-Ship: Orders for items that are already made will be shipped within 2 business days.  

Made-to-Order/Custom Requests: Items that are made to your selections (size, texture, color, etc.) generally take up to 4 weeks to create before they are shipped.  This allows time to order any necessary supplies, as well as time to create your piece with the attention and care it deserves.  If the size or complexity of your order may create a delay, I will contact you to provide a more accurate time projection.

Items are shipped to the address provided by you during the checkout process. Please be sure to verify your address information is correct before you complete the checkout.  I am not responsible if the incorrect address is provided.
