Ready or not here we come!

Two more weeks of school, and then the moving van comes! After all of the planning and preparation, it’s finally come, the BIG MOVE to ATLANTA!

I will be closing the Artfire shop temporarily, until we get settled and I am able to ship again. It will take a few weeks to get my new studio up and running, but I am very much looking forward to creating beads again!

And, as if that’s not enough change, my website is getting a much needed overhaul and redesign, and should be ready about the same time my studio is! This job is in the hands of the very talented Darcy Milder of Graphically Designing. I am so excited about the new look, and I’m sure it will be much easier for you to navigate.

Packing it up

The day has come! The hood is down, and the frit is packed away.

How many rolls of bubble wrap do you think it will take to wrap up all of this glass?!

I am very sad to be packing up my studio. I will certainly miss seeing my Cincinnati customers! But I am excited about our relocation to Atlanta, and I am looking forward to getting my studio set up as quickly as possible.

In the meantime, my Artfire shop will remain OPEN. (except for the week that we are in transit). While our house is on the market and the kids are still in school here, I will be listing much of my current inventory in the shop. While I will not be able to make any new beads or have Gallery Hours, you will still be able to shop and make purchases.

Thank you to all of my Cincinnati friends and loyal customers. I have very much enjoyed  sharing my passion for lampwork beads and jewelry with you!
